Job Description

The RMA & Logistics Assistant at CeX Malaysia supports the RMA & Logistics Department in handling product returns (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) and day-to-day logistics operations at the store’s hub. The role involves assisting with RMA processing, product checking, inventory management, packing and shipping, and the distribution of store supplies. You will help maintain accurate records, ensure products and supplies are properly organized and processed, and support smooth logistics operations. 

Key Responsibilities :

1. RMA Support
   • Assist the RMA Department with the receiving and processing of returned products from CeX stores and customers.
   • Check returned products against relevant RMA documentation and ensure items are properly identified.
   • Record and update basic RMA information, including product details, serial numbers, store information, and return status.
   
2. Logistics Support
   • Assist with receiving and dispatching products between stores, repair centres, suppliers, couriers, and other designated locations.
   • Prepare products for transportation, including checking, packing, labelling, and securing items appropriately.
   • Assist with the preparation of shipments, delivery documentation, and other logistics records.
   
3. Store Supply Management
   • Assist with receiving and dispatching products between stores, repair centres, suppliers, couriers, and other designated locations.

4. General Support
   • Assist with daily RMA & logistics administrative tasks.
   • Maintain accurate filing of RMA, shipment, inventory, and supply-related documents.
   • Assist with stock counts and periodic inventory checks.
   • Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, or other operational issues promptly.
   • Follow established procedures for handling customer and store-related RMA enquiries.

Requirements

•  Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification. 
•  Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory or RMA-related work will be an advantage. 
•  Good organisational and communication skills. 
•  Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. 
•  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
•  Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments. 
•  Responsible, proactive and willing to learn. 
•  Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
