Job Description
- Work location: CeX AEON Rawang (Training will be at CeX Nu Sentral)
- Working hours: 45 hours/week, Monday to Sunday : 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Rotation Shift)
- Rest Day : According to Duty Roster
- Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
- Handle buy and sell transactions, including basic product testing
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock levels
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Work closely with team members to achieve store targets
- Support daily retail operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Customer-focused, friendly, and a team player
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Interest in gadgets, electronics, or gaming is preferred
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
