Job Description

• Engage potential clients through networking, cold calls, site visits, and other outreach methods.
• Oversee the sales and financing processes for both existing and new clients.
• Deliver strategic financing solutions by conducting financial analysis and promoting Nexus Capital products.
• Provide efficient operational support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Meet monthly sales targets and consistently strive to exceed them.
• Cultivate a collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and results.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of (1-3) years of experiences in the sales, banking and/or finance field is compulsory. 
• Mandarin-speaking is mandatory to deal with customers. 
• Fluent in English and Malay is an advantages.
• Must possess own transport and is able to travel around Johor Bahru.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and is a high achiever.
• No academic qualifications are welcome too, training provided.
• Salary : Full Commission (No basic)
