Job Description

Job Title: Accounting & Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting & Administrative Assistant. This position involves handling financial documentation, compiling reports, processing data, and arranging meetings. The successful candidate will be responsible for client-specific accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll tasks, as well as performing general administrative duties such as data input, report generation, filing, and printing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize financial documentation and records.
  • Compile and generate financial reports.
  • Process data accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with client-specific accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven Expertise in Financial Management: Experience in handling petty cash, reconciling accounts, and managing financial transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring error-free transactions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and various accounting/data entry software. Proficient in utilizing accounting software tools for financial reporting and data management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the capacity to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Professionalism & Self-Motivation: Maintains a high level of professionalism in all interactions. A self-driven individual who thrives in high-pressure situations, stays proactive, and works well independently.
  • Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Highly organized, persistent, and a logical thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong listening skills and a methodical approach to resolving challenges.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English will be preferred, enabling effective communication in a bilingual work environment.
