We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting &amp; Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure smooth office operations through administrative support.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, which includes entering vouchers, verifying invoices, and overseeing payment record management;
- Assist in the monthly closing process, prepare financial reports, and provide basic support for tax declarations;
- Ensure financial records are accurate and complete to comply with company policies;
- Work alongside other departments to deliver necessary financial data support.

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
Accounting (70%)

<li>Process accounts payable and receivable &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with bank reconciliations and expense reports &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain financial records and filing systems &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end close processe</li>
</ul>
Administrative (30%):

<li>Manage office supplies and inventory &nbsp;</li>
<li>Schedule meetings and appointments &nbsp;</li>
