Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis while contributing to the optimization of our sales, marketing strategies, and overall business performance. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to analyze key performance metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CTC (Click-To-Convert), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and overall sales numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and track sales data across multiple platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and our website).
• Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, including CTR, CTC, ROAS, and other key metrics.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to help optimize sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support the development of dashboards and visualizations for data insights.
• Help in data collection, cleaning, and processing to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CTC, ROAS, and sales KPIs.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data and improving business performance.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous internship or coursework in data analysis or digital marketing is a plus (but not required).
