Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts for multiple companies to help us maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, allowing our management to make data-driven decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded so that we can maintain clear and transparent financial records.
Operational Accounting & Compliance
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Autocount Accounting Software, ensuring our team has access to reliable real-time data.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups, to help us maintain healthy vendor and client relationships.
- Assist in tax return preparation and audit documentation to help us stay fully compliant with Malaysian tax regulations and standards.
- Communicate with clients in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to gather necessary information and address inquiries promptly.
