Responsibilities
Corporate Compliance & Statutory Filing
- Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties to help us ensure our clients remain in full compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Manage resolutions, statutory forms, and submissions to SSM and LHDN, allowing you to take ownership of the full compliance lifecycle.
- Update information online in MycoID and maintain company profiles so that we can together provide accurate, real-time data to our stakeholders.
Share Transactions & Legal Oversight
- Process company share transactions and issue new shares to help us fulfill client expansion goals while staying within legal requirements.
- Peruse legal documents and corporate information, ensuring that every detail is meticulously checked for the protection of our clients.
- Organize and maintain correspondence and records to help us sustain a highly efficient and transparent documentation system.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis regarding statutory filings, ensuring we meet every deadline through proactive teamwork.
- Liaise with auditors and lawyers on board governance issues, allowing you to act as a bridge between various professional disciplines.
- Provide advice on statutory requirements to help us guide our clients through complex regulatory landscapes.
