Role Focus:

As the Outlet Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our brand's physical expansion. You will project-manage the end-to-end setup of new outlets, bridge the gap between construction and operations, and ensure every new location launches flawlessly. This role is a blend of project coordination, operational training, and strategic problem-solving.

Job Scope:

• Lead new outlet setup: 
• Equipment coordination 
• Layout planning 
• Timeline execution 
• Train new outlet teams: 
• SOP training 
• Product quality control 
• Service standards 
• Ensure smooth outlet opening (soft launch → full ops) 
• Develop and improve SOPs 
• Work with procurement for equipment & suppliers 
• Troubleshoot new outlet issues post-opening 

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
• No experience needed. On the job training will be provided. F&B experience disregard on ground or back-end will be an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Own transport required
• Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
