Job Description
Role Focus:
As the Outlet Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our brand's physical expansion. You will project-manage the end-to-end setup of new outlets, bridge the gap between construction and operations, and ensure every new location launches flawlessly. This role is a blend of project coordination, operational training, and strategic problem-solving.
Job Scope:
- Lead new outlet setup:
- Equipment coordination
- Layout planning
- Timeline execution
- Train new outlet teams:
- SOP training
- Product quality control
- Service standards
- Ensure smooth outlet opening (soft launch → full ops)
- Develop and improve SOPs
- Work with procurement for equipment & suppliers
- Troubleshoot new outlet issues post-opening
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage. SPM graduates are welcome to apply.
- No experience needed. On the job training will be provided. F&B experience disregard on ground or back-end will be an advantage.
