Job Description
- Responsible to fill up vacancy based on manpower annual plan.
- Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Job advertisement drafting and job posting.
- Conduct, prescreening interview and checking references.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Interview arrangement with related department head.
- Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidates job offer process and negotiate remuneration packages.
- Responsible for new hire on boarding related matters, arrangement, and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
- Other task as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma in human resources management or related course.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in recruiting.
- Prior experiences in recruitment agency will be added advantage.
- Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with staff from Taiwan.
