Responsibilities:

<li>Support and maintain both existing and new server hardware/software related to network infrastructure.</li>
<li>Administer email systems, firewalls, routers, and related network equipment.</li>
<li>Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.</li>
<li>Keep a close eye on network usage and optimize performance.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve technical issues raised by users.</li>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance and implement security protocols.</li>
<li>Track software licensing and ensure timely renewals.</li>
<li>Take on additional IT-related tasks as assigned by your superior.</li>
