Job Description

  • Provide professional skincare consultation and product recommendations to customers
     
  • Promote CHANDO products based on customer skin needs
     
  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
     
  • Maintain accurate sales and stock records via internal retail backend system if needed
     
  • Ensure counter visibility, cleanliness, hygiene, and product display standards
     
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
     
  • Build customer trust, monitor skin progress, and conduct follow-up engagement when needed
  • 为顾客提供专业护肤咨询及产品建议
     
  • 针对肌肤需求推广CHANDO 产品
     
  • 提升专柜销售表现并完成月度目标
     
  • 如有需要更新销售与库存数据
     
  • 保持专柜产品陈列最佳可见度、清洁及卫生

  • 与顾客建立信任,并在必要情况下跟进肌肤效果与互动

Job Requirements

 

  • Skincare knowledge is a bonus, training will be provided
