Job Description

CHANDO Malaysia is looking for an Influencer Marketing to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about KOL collaborations, content-driven campaigns, and brand storytelling in the beauty & skincare industry.


✨ Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable KOLs/KOCs across Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu in line with CHANDO's brand identity
  2. Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and basic contract coordination
  3. Plan and execute influencer campaigns (seeding, launches, group-buy, and promotional campaigns) from start to finish
  4. Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to drive sales-focused collaborations
  5. Liaise closely with affiliates, maintain regular communication, and support affiliate-driven campaigns
  6. Communicate content direction, deliverables, and posting timelines clearly with creators
  7. Coordinate product sampling and PR gifting to ensure smooth campaign execution
  8. Work closely with brand, content, and social media teams to develop campaign briefs and content strategies
  9. Track campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, sales) and provide insights for optimisation
  10. Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to grow a strong creator network
  11. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities

Job Requirements

 ✨ Requirements

  1. 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Social Media, or a related field (beauty/skincare/lifestyle experience is a plus)
  2. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu influencer ecosystems
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  4. Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analysing campaign performance
  5. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
  7. Proficient in English and Mandarin for daily work communication (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
