Job Description
- Responsible for visiting Guardian, Watsons, and other chain stores to ensure display, stock, and promotion follow brand guidelines.
- Manage and train Beauty Advisors (BAs) to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor store sales performance and plan actions to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of all promotional activities, sampling, and gift programs.
- Gather market and competitor information and provide timely feedback to HQ.
- Assist in event setup, display adjustments, and shelf maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Required skills: Communication Skills, Sales Support, Administrative Assistance, Customer Service
- Must have driving license
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder (any field)
- Passion for the beauty/skincare industry is a plus
