Job Description

 

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales and office operations. Your main tasks include:

  • Assisting the Sales team with scheduling, coordination, and customer communications.
     
  • Preparing sales reports, documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
     
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism.
     
  • Acting as a contact point between the Sales team and customers/partners.
     
  • Assisting with correspondence and translation (English/Chinese; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
     
  • Supporting sales events, project follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
     
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Must have driving lesen
  •  Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder (any field)
     
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant is preferred.
     
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken & written).
     
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
     
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
     
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
  • Passion for the beauty/skincare industry is a plus.

  • 大专或本科学历(不限专业)。
  • 有1–2年销售/行政助理经验优先,欢迎应届毕业生。
  • 中英文听说读写流利,会马来语者优先。
