Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive table service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards
- Handle cashless and cash payments, issue receipts, and close bills accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Assist with basic café setup and closing duties (opening, restocking, cleaning)
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address customer feedback or complaints politely and escalate when necessary
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and café operational procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum secondary school education
- Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit; able to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Legal right to work in Malaysia
