Role Overview:
We are looking for a technically skilled and hands-on Technician to support Chefonic’s culinary demonstrations, product installations, and equipment maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to high-quality culinary experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining culinary equipment for demonstrations, workshops, and events.
   
• Provide technical support for Chefonic products and equipment during customer visits, training sessions, and exhibitions.
   
• Conduct troubleshooting and basic repairs on culinary tools and devices.
   
• Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and properly maintained according to standards.
   
• Support the Application Chef team during live demonstrations and product trials.
   
• Coordinate logistics for equipment transportation, installation, and setup at events.
   
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and technical supplies.
   
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and client projects.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, or related roles.
   
• Basic understanding of culinary or kitchen equipment is an advantage.
   
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
   
• Ability to work in fast-paced and flexible environments.
   
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally overseas for events).
   
• Basic proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
   
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
