About the role

We are seeking a full-time Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records to support the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly, from order entry to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all order-related activities, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and customer invoicing.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and key performance indicators related to the order management and fulfilment process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any order-related issues.
  • Support the wider administrative team with various tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • If with experience, minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or order management role. We also welcome fresh graduates that are willing to learn and grow together with the company.
  • Patient, strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software, such as order management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with customers and internally.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or experience of the chemical industry or a related field would be an advantage.
