We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team. This internship will offer exposure to a variety of areas, including clinic management, business development, marketing, and the opportunity to assist in psychiatric research. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in healthcare administration, mental health, business, and research.

Job Summary:

As an intern at Chengal Centre, you will gain hands-on experience in clinic operations, business development, marketing, and psychiatric research. You will work closely with our founders, assisting in key projects across these areas while gaining valuable skills that will prepare you for a future career in healthcare, research, or business.

This role will start in March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Management Support:
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and inventory management.
• Business Development:
• Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and participate in corporate mental wellness programs. Help strategize and develop ways to improve clinic services and expand patient outreach.
• Marketing Assistance:
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote clinic services, including social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
• Psychiatric Research Support:
• Assist with ongoing psychiatric research projects, including data collection, literature reviews, and analysis. Help support the team in preparing research findings and presentations.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and organizing meetings or events.
• Collaboration:
• Work with various teams within the clinic to ensure smooth operations, contributing to initiatives in clinic development, patient engagement, and operational improvements.
• Project Involvement:
• Participate in special projects related to clinic development, mental health initiatives, and research activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in healthcare, business development, mental health, and psychiatric research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality, especially in research and clinical settings.
