Job Description

 Key Responsibilities 

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service. 
• Greet and assist customers with their orders and enquiries. 
• Prepare food and beverages according to Company SOPs. 
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or cashless payments accurately. 
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and served correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, cashier counter, and workstations.
• Practice good hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times. 
• Replenish stock and ensure products are properly stored using the FIFO method. 
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. 
• Follow all Company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures. 
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager On-Duty. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent. 
• Experience in the food & beverage or customer service industry is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided. 
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Basic cash handling and numerical skills. 
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. 
• Passion in serving customer.
