About the role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, outlet traffic, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Manage social media platforms, content planning, digital advertising, and online presence.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, events, collaborations, and influencer/KOL campaigns.
• Work closely with outlet and operations teams to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand image across all outlets and marketing channels.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Creative, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Good communication, planning, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between outlets when required.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
