About the role

Union Feast (UF) is a fast-growing F&B consulting and franchise development company in Malaysia. Our group operates 14 fast food restaurants including Chicago Chicken City SDN BHD and works closely with Chinese F&B brands expanding into the Malaysian market. This role oversees HR functions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations
• Work with management to strengthen and formalize HR policies, company handbook, and SOPs
• Lead recruitment for corporate roles, store operations staff, and expansion needs
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Malaysia Labor Law
• Support organization planning and culture-building activities
• Provide HR support to outlet managers to address day-to-day HR matters efficiently

Job Requirements

About you

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably from F&B, retail, or multi-outlet environment
• Capable in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management
• Strong communication skills in Chinese, English, and Melayu
• Responsible, independent, and able to work collaboratively with management
• Proficient in HR data analysis and using HRIS systems to generate reports and insights
