<li>Oversee office assets, inventory, stationery, and administrative supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and cost management.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage company correspondence, document organization, filing systems, and records management in a structured and compliant manner.<br>&nbsp;</li>

<h4><strong>Support to Management &amp; Departments</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative assistance to management and departmental leaders as needed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organize meetings, prepare meeting spaces, arrange logistics, and support with minutes-taking when necessary.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact with external parties including vendors, landlords, authorities, and service providers.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>People &amp; Office Coordination</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate administrative processes for onboarding and offboarding (workspace setup, access cards, equipment, uniforms, etc.).<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate arrangements for staff accommodation, transportation, office drivers, and other relevant administrative tasks as needed.<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Aid in organizing company events, staff functions, training sessions, and official gatherings.<br></li>
<li>Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by management from time to time.<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
