Compose and generate official letters and correspondence as needed by the department.
Log, categorize, and accurately organize incoming and outgoing documents to maintain precise records.
Implement and uphold the document management system for the department, consistently updating records of document receipts and dispatches.
Oversee the archiving and organization of meeting materials, complaint files, media documents, CCC project completion and acceptance papers, along with other pertinent documents.
Manage daily administrative responsibilities, such as processing petty cash claims, arranging meetings, and handling vehicle bookings.
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, including their distribution, logging, and inventory management for the department.
Execute any additional tasks as directed by the Department Manager.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of handling work-related communications and documentation in Chinese.
Meticulous, highly accountable, and professionally reliable, with the capacity to commit to the project for an extended period.
Strong communication abilities, excellent execution skills, and a willingness to adhere to project management guidelines.
