Supervise daily HR operations and ensure all assigned HR tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Assist the HR Manager and Deputy HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, management instructions, and operational requirements.
Review employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other HR-related records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all supporting documentation.
Maintain and update employee personnel files, HR records, and documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and readiness for management review, compliance checks, and audits.
Manage expatriate employment permit matters, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and the preparation and maintenance of all related documentation.
Liaise with relevant government authorities, including the Department of Labour (JTK) and Immigration Department, on labour, employment, expatriate, and other HR-related matters.
Collect and review subcontractor payroll documentation, including attendance, leave, employee movements, payroll calculations, and all relevant supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
Coordinate and follow up with departments, project sites, subcontractors, and employees on outstanding HR matters, discrepancies, and incomplete or missing documentation.
Prepare HR-related reports, records, supporting documents, and information as required for management, statutory, compliance, and audit purposes.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or Deputy HR Manager from time to time, in support of the department’s operational requirements.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
Experience in handling expatriate employment permits and liaising with government authorities such as JTK and the Immigration Department is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the position requires regular communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking management and employees.
