Job Description
- To administer pre-contract work including analyzing scope of tender, sourcing of sub-contractors, preparing bills of quantity, pricing and submission of tenders.
- To prepare evaluation and analysis of tenders/quotations and recommend for approval.
- Responsible for taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
- Responsible for tender costing and tender documentation.
- Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
- Take charge of procurement of building materials.
- Coordinate full range of contract activities including estimation, quantity take-off and claims preparation.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the construction field.
