Job Description

• Prepare and finalize the pre-qualification process and compile a list of potential tenderers for management approval before initiating the tender process.
• Collaborate with consultants to coordinate pre-contract drawings and documents, ensuring consistency and sufficiency for tender preparation.
• Assist in preparing interim valuation recommendations, assessing variation order claims, and verifying contractors’ payment claims to ensure accuracy.
• Review and evaluate consultants’ claims, providing payment recommendations to confirm correctness.
• Compile and organize contract documents for binding after the tender is awarded.
• Maintain and manage purchase records and related documentation systematically.
• Identify prospective suppliers and request price quotations for materials and products.
• Accurately prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

•  Candidate must possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, in
  Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
•  Able to travel to site.
