Job Description
- Handling basic book keeping for instance, prepare cheque/payment instruction & voucher and issue invoice, updating the schedule/records, handle account payable & account receivable.
- Ensure proper filling & scanning of documentation.
- Key in data into accounting system and ensure account are up to date at all time
- Assist daily administrative work in finance department.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any discipline preferably with 1 year experience in accounting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to learn and take on added responsibility, commitment and discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
- Required language (s): English Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill (s): Proficient in Microsoft Office-MS & Excel
