Job Description

• To prepare monthly account and various report to the management.
• Manage data, records and reports by checking for errors and verifying accuracy of information.
• Monitor AP and GL, for instance, Vendors / Inter-company monthly reconciliation.
• Take direction from and report to the financial manager/supervisor.
• Independently prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist with audits and tax matters, preparation of WHT submission and compliance of tax submission deadline.
• Adhere to current accounting/finance/tax laws and regulations.
• Work according to company standard operating procedure (SOP).
• Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required language (s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill (s): Proficient in Microsoft Office – MS Word & Excel.
• Preferable executive specialized in finance – Audit/Taxation.
• Experience in accounting firm or audit firm environment is an added advantage.
• Able to handle full set and finalized accounts is an added advantage.
• Able to perform multi-task, assist in ad-hoc duties and guide subordinator.
• Self-motivated and has an organized working attitude.
• Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills.
