Job Description

1.QS Dept Document Controller

  • Responsible for managing and organizing commercial documents, including contracts, quotations, invoices, and payment records.
     
  • Assist the commercial team in preparing tender documents, cost reports, and project budgets.
     
  • Maintain accurate records of project contracts, variations, and payment applications.
     
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement departments to ensure timely documentation and approvals.
     
  • Track contract progress, payment schedules, and update related documentation.
     
  • Ensure all commercial documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
     
  • Support project managers with administrative and documentation tasks.

2.Technical Dept Document Controller 

  • Manage and maintain project documentation for interior fit-out works.
     
  • Organize drawings, technical documents, material submittals, and project reports.
     
  • Coordinate document submission and approval with consultants, contractors, and clients.
     
  • Maintain proper filing systems for drawings, RFIs, inspection reports, and project correspondence.
     
  • Track document revisions and ensure the latest versions are distributed to relevant teams.
     
  • Assist project managers and site engineers with document control and administrative support.
     
  • Ensure all project documents are archived according to company procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Language: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin); basic English communication skills are preferred.
     
  • Experience: Prior experience in document control, administration, or construction project documentation is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
     
  • Start Date: Available to start as soon as possible.
     
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic document management systems.
     
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, manage, and archive documents efficiently.
     
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills to work with project teams and departments.
     
  • Attention to Detail: Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documents accurately.
     
  • Teamwork: Able to work independently as well as part of a team
