Job Description

• • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, CIDB and other relevant Malaysian safety regulations.
• • Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
• • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety training, and emergency drills for site workers.
• • Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, with proper documentation.
• • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and authorities to ensure a safe working environment.
• • Maintain accurate safety records, permits, and safety equipment inventory.

Job Requirements

• • Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
• • Registered with DOSH Malaysia as a Safety & Health Officer (for Safety Officer position).
• • At least 2–5 years of working experience in construction safety.
• • Good knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, CIDB requirements and other relevant regulations.
• • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• • Able to work independently and under pressure at construction sites.
