Job Description

• Responsible for technical management and on-site coordination related to the architectural discipline.
   
• Organize architectural design drawing reviews, technical briefings, and coordinate design-related issues.
   
• Coordinate technical interfaces between architecture and other disciplines, including structural, MEP, curtain wall, and interior fit-out works.
   
• Follow up on design changes, technical clarifications, and their implementation on site.
   
• Review architectural construction methods, material samples, and workmanship standards.
   
• Plan and monitor architectural construction schedules in line with overall project progress.
   
• Participate in technical communication and coordination with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
   
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the project team or superiors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
   
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction project management or architectural coordination.
   
• Good knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and site execution.
   
• Familiarity with design drawing review, technical clarification, and construction documentation processes.
   
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Able to independently complete all tasks assigned by superiors and fulfill responsibilities within the scope of the position.
   
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
   
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is an advantage.
