We are hiring a Planning Engineer for a building construction project (IOI City Mall Phase 3).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update and monitor the master construction programme and detailed work schedules.
Develop baseline schedules, weekly/monthly progress updates and look-ahead programmes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in building construction projects.
Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, shopping mall or mixed-use building projects is preferred.
Proficient in Primavera P6; Microsoft Project knowledge is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction sequencing, CPM, baseline programme and progress monitoring.
Experience working with a main contractor is preferred.
Able to work at the project site in IOI Resort City / Putrajaya area.
Important: This position is specifically for building construction project planning. Experience mainly in IT, software, telecommunications or manufacturing is not considered relevant for this role.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work at the IOI City Mall Phase 3 project site, Putrajaya.
