As a Technical Engineer, you will design practical technical solutions and develop construction details that move projects from concept to completed build. You will help scale our delivery by improving buildability, coordinating technical inputs, and supporting on-site teams.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Project & Technical Management
- Translate design intent into detailed shop drawings and technical specifications that contractors can follow.
- Review consultant inputs and coordinate design changes to keep work buildable and on schedule.
Site Coordination & Quality
- Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship, materials, and adherence to design.
- Work with site supervisors and contractors to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions quickly.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare technical reports, method statements, and as-built records for handover.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Around 5 years of practical experience on building or infrastructure projects in Malaysia.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD and experience with BIM or Revit, plus basic structural calculation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Clear communicator able to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable making on-site technical decisions.
