Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager responsible for leading and managing the successful implementation of ICT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and scope. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and stakeholder management abilities to drive the seamless execution of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Expand domestic and international markets, acquiring new clients.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, including budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and vendors to define project requirements, report progress regularly, and manage expectations.
• Oversee pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales services, including handling client issues and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor key project performance indicators (KPI), prepare progress reports, and analyze project outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in project management or a related field (Diploma holders with strong qualifications may be considered).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Proven experience in ICT Project management or in a similar role.
• Experience in the semiconductor field, particularly with test sockets (Socket) or Pogo pins, is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to handle pressure, excellent communication and learning skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Solid market analysis skills and with a strong customer service orientation.
