Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Branch Leader to oversee branch operations, lead the sales and mechanic teams, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach and motivate sales and mechanic team members.
• Drive branch sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales of motorcycles, accessories and spare parts.
• Monitor KPIs, team productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom standards and service quality.
• Execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively.
• Build strong customer relationships and support business growth.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or automotive industry.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Sales-oriented, proactive and results-driven mindset.

Salary: RM3,000 – RM8,000 per month (inclusive of performance incentives and commission).

Job Requirements

•  Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership, supervisory or team management experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and coach sales and service teams.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and results-driven mindset.
  • Able to work independently and manage branch operations effectively.
  • Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
