Job Description
- To assist the Management and Administration of Contracts review and made recommendation to improve on the contract value.
- To review and coordinate on all contractual matters relating to the projects.
- To assist in all pre and post contract works and recommend actions to realize the contract works in effective and efficient manner.
- To assist on all the contractual requirements in the Tender Documents and make arrangement to fulfill the requirements.
- To assist in conducting Site Evaluation for all Progress claims.
- To assist in the assessment of all Variation Works / Contractual Claims / Extension Time, etc.
- To assist in preparation of Statement of Final Account and Final Certificate.
- To assist in the Document and Data control procedures including the drawings, specification, BQ, etc.
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- 3 Year(s) of working experience with Main Contractor.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill(s): Good written and verbal communication ability in English; Knowledge in Glodon Cubicost, Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Ability to Organize, Plan and Strategize.
