Job Description

  •  Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.
  • Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment.

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Work hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5 days per week
