Job Description

 Property Administration

  • Liaise with tenants and property agents on rental, tenancy, and related matters.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements, coordinate signing arrangements, and handle stamping procedures.
  • Monitor rental collections, utility payments, and property-related expenses.
  • Ensure timely payment of quit rent, assessment, insurance premiums, maintenance fees, and other statutory charges.
  • Coordinate property repair and maintenance works with contractors and service providers.
  • Monitor tenancy expiry dates and arrange timely renewal of agreements.
  • Prepare and update monthly property management reports.

Licenses, Permits & Insurance Management

  • Manage applications and renewals of business licenses, permits, and truck permits.
  • Coordinate insurance policy renewals for company properties and related assets.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewal to avoid disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports for licenses, permits, and insurance matters.

Administrative, HR & Office Support

  • Assist the HR team in recruitment activities, including contacting candidates and arranging interview schedules.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance records, leave records, and other HR documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance, punctuality, and submission of related documents.
  • Provide administrative support for employee-related matters and HR activities.
  • Support daily office administration, including facilities upkeep, office supplies, and documentation filing.
  • Assist in coordinating company activities, team events, and internal initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

 Key Requirement: -

  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking tenants, business associates, and stakeholders.
  • Minimum SPM qualification or higher education qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-organized, responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
