Job Description

  • Oversee office functions, such as acquiring office supplies and equipment.
  • Create and manage record-keeping systems for financial and administrative documents.
  • Manage communication via correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
  • Maintain efficient office operations on a daily basis.
  • Utilize accounting software to enter and oversee data for administrative and financial duties.
  • Support in creating invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining payment documentation.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
