Job Description

We are looking for creative and energetic Content Creators / Marketing Executives to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) and passionate about creating engaging content for Chinese-speaking audiences, particularly on Xiaohongshu (XHS) and other social media platforms.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Xiaohongshu (XHS), social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling content, captions, product descriptions, and marketing materials in Mandarin.
• Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and industry developments.
• Participate in photo shoots, video productions, and content creation activities.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to develop marketing initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Engage with online communities and assist in growing the brand's presence among Chinese-speaking audiences.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (XHS), Douyin, WeChat, TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Mandarin.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Basic photography, videography, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
