Key Responsibilities  

• Develop creative concepts and artwork for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sales promotions, brand collaborations, and special projects.  
• Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print platforms, including social media content, website banners, EDMs, advertisements, brochures, posters, catalogues, and promotional materials. 
• Design retail visual merchandising materials such as window displays, point-of-sale materials, signage, bunting, event backdrops, and in-store promotional collateral. 
• Ensure all visual communications are aligned with Christy Ng's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints. 
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Product Development teams to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns. 
• Support photoshoots, video productions, and content creation projects by providing design direction, image retouching, and graphic assets where required. 
• Prepare final artwork files for printing, production, and digital publishing while ensuring quality and accuracy. 
• Stay updated on fashion, retail, social media, and design trends to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand. 
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle industry. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). 
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other content creation tools is an added advantage. 
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, branding, and visual storytelling. 
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
