<p>You'll be part of our Marketing team, working on everything from new collection launches and social media campaigns to influencer collaborations, retail activations and brand events. If you're creative, organised, trend-savvy and enjoy seeing your ideas turn into real campaigns, we'd love to meet you.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives.</li>
<li>Manage and support the social media content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.</li>
<li>Brainstorm fresh and engaging content ideas, campaign concepts and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Write engaging captions, campaign copy and other marketing communications that reflect the Christy Ng brand voice.</li>
<li>Work closely with our Creative team on campaign visuals, photography, videos and content production.</li>
<li>Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations, product seeding, gifting and campaign deliverables.</li>
<li>Support exciting brand collaborations, store openings, pop-ups, events and retail activations.</li>
<li>Coordinate marketing materials and campaign information with our E-commerce, Retail, Creative and Operations teams.</li>
<li>Keep up with the latest fashion, social media, consumer and digital trends and turn them into relevant ideas for the brand.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign and social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, traffic and campaign results.</li>
<li>Conduct competitor and market research to identify new trends and marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Get hands-on during photo shoots, video shoots, events and campaign launches.</li>
<li>Take on other exciting marketing projects and initiatives as the brand continues to grow.</li>
