Love fashion, social media and bringing creative ideas to life? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Christy Ng team!

You'll be part of our Marketing team, working on everything from new collection launches and social media campaigns to influencer collaborations, retail activations and brand events. If you're creative, organised, trend-savvy and enjoy seeing your ideas turn into real campaigns, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives.
• Manage and support the social media content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Brainstorm fresh and engaging content ideas, campaign concepts and marketing initiatives.
• Write engaging captions, campaign copy and other marketing communications that reflect the Christy Ng brand voice.
• Work closely with our Creative team on campaign visuals, photography, videos and content production.
• Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations, product seeding, gifting and campaign deliverables.
• Support exciting brand collaborations, store openings, pop-ups, events and retail activations.
• Coordinate marketing materials and campaign information with our E-commerce, Retail, Creative and Operations teams.
• Keep up with the latest fashion, social media, consumer and digital trends and turn them into relevant ideas for the brand.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, traffic and campaign results.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new trends and marketing opportunities.
• Get hands-on during photo shoots, video shoots, events and campaign launches.
• Take on other exciting marketing projects and initiatives as the brand continues to grow.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, Digital Marketing, PR or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Candidates with 1–2 years of marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in fashion, branding, social media and digital marketing.
• Active and familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Creative thinker who enjoys generating new ideas and keeping up with trends.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable writing social media captions and basic marketing copy.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation tools is an added advantage.
• Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with different departments.
• Comfortable being hands-on and participating in shoots, events, launches and activations.
• Willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally when required for events or campaigns.
