Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute women’s fashion shoots (studio & on-location).
- Capture campaign visuals for product launches, festive collections, collaborations and limited editions.
- Strong knowledge in setting up and positioning studio lighting according to photo references, mood boards, and Art Director’s creative direction.
- Ability to plan, organize, and schedule shoots efficiently to ensure all photoshoots are completed within timeline and campaign deadlines.
- Work closely with Marketing, Creative and Styling team on moodboards and shot lists.
- Direct models and coordinate with makeup artists, stylists and production crew.
- Produce high-volume, consistent product photography (bags, shoes, accessories).
- Ensure accurate colour representation, texture clarity and detail shots.
- Capture short-form video content where required.
- Adapt visuals according to campaign strategy and digital performance needs.
- Perform photo retouching, colour correction and editing.
- Ensure brand consistency in tones, lighting and styling.
- Organize and archive digital assets systematically.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in women’s fashion photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Basic video edition (bonus).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques (studio & natural light).
- Experience handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio equipment.
- Strong composition, framing and storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented with colour accuracy sensitivity.
- Ability to manage high shooting volume during peak launches.
- Knowledge of fashion styling and posing guidance.
- Strong team player with positive attitude.
- Able to work during campaign peak periods or occasional weekends if required.
