Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organised Account Cum Admin Assistant to join our team at Wisma Chuang in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will involve providing critical accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. 

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
• Assisting with the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers and filing
• Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and handling general office duties
• Liaising with clients, vendors and other stakeholders as needed
• Providing support for special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role or fresh graduate
• Familiarity with SQL accounting software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Responsible and able to work independently
