•  Ensuring product and process quality through effective control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
•  Conducting audits, managing customer service from a quality perspective, and driving product design and development initiatives.

• Be responsible for either process quality or customer complaint
• Proactively communicate with component supplier to drive the material quality issue resolved

Job Requirements

• Consumer connector QA experience at least 3 years or similar field MQA experience at least 5 years(required)
• AQP experience 2 years of stamping/molding or connector assembly field (preferred)
• ISO/TS16949 experience is a must. ·
• Working knowledge of computer and statistical software is a must ·
• Ability to communicate in English, if Mandarin is preferred ·
• Acquaint at EU RoHS knowledge ·
• QA experience with Stamping part and plastic part ·
• Proactively working attitude is must ·
• 3 years MQE experience of mechanical parts ·
• Rich 8D knowledge with 5 why approach ·
• Knowledge of auto assembly is preferred
• Continuously improvement quality concept
• Mechanical education background
• Rich in various kind of quality improvement tool like PDCA, DMAIC, PFMEA, POKA YOKA
