Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding business processes, requirements, problems and solutions.
2. Assist the analyst team on conducting requirement gathering sessions and documenting the findings.
3. Gather & analyse data, platform and services from various sources related to the project.
4. Assist the analyst team on preparing the requirement documentation including process flow & diagram, system integration and data migration.
5. Assist the team on developing the system wireframe / mock-up / prototype / presentation slides.
6. Work closely with the system development team and quality assurance team.
7. Assist the team on developing the technical documentation.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.
2. Good command of spoken and written English.
3. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
4. Familiar with IT services, devices and applications.
