-Guide, motivate and drive branch staff towards achieving shared goals
-Develop new business and maintain strong relationship with customers and the community
-Maintain branch safety and security standards
Job Requirements:

-Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent
-Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role
-Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills
-Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage
-Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement
-Comfortable with a goal oriented environment
-Malaysian Citizens only
