Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
• Assist with the creation of invoices, quotations, and receipts.
• Support accounting functions such as recording daily transactions (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable). 
• Ensure the maintenance of precise and organized financial records.
• Oversee internal and external communications (phone calls, emails, in-person inquiries).
• Compile basic reports for management as needed.
• Assist with office operations and various other tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• At least SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles (invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Recent graduates are welcomed to apply.
