Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of working experience and a passion for customer service and sales support.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative tasks such as creating quotations, invoices, return invoices, and filing.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.
• Knowledge of the AutoCount system is an advantage. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
  
   

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related filed are preferred. 
• Ability to handle transactions with accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Basic knowledge of inventory control practices
